* 6/14/24 Due to possible large file sizes for proposal submissions, offerors can send an e-mail to the Contracting Officer (gary.monson@us.af.mil) requesting a DoD SAFE Drop-off Request. The offeror will receive a link allowing them to send all proposal files up to 8 GB. * 6/13/24 Q&A update 3 has been posted * 6/6/24 Due date extended to 18 June. Updated Q&A has been posted. BOM has been removed from proposal due to inconsistencies with SOW. All pricing should be based on the SOW. SOW paragraph 3.e has been updated to reflect 36W bookshelfs. Amendment 0002 to the solicitation has been posted increasing RFQ due date, removing BOM, and increasing Q&A due date. Q&As have been extended to 11 June @ 4:00 P.M. * 5/31/24 Updated Q&A has been posted. Updated BOM posted correcting minor mistakes as outlined in the updated Q&A. Updated SOW posted correcting the delivery date. * 5/23/24 Amendment 0001 to the solicitation has been posted. Due date has been extended to 12 June. Delivery Date has been changed to 18 September. Q&A has been posted. ____________________________________________________________________ The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitations for the purchase, delivery, and installation of furniture for the Madera Cyber Innovation Center, USAF Academy, Colorado. See attached Statement of Work and five (5) appendicies. It is anticipated that a purchase order will be established with one quoter. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which if received in timely manner, will be considered by the 10th Contracting Squadron, United States Air Force Academy (USAFA).
