Inactive Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

The United States Air Force Academy requires contracted support to monitor social media platforms, with an immediate need for monitoring "Jodel," to address conduct like cyberbullying, hate speech, and harassment. The contractor will actively monitor posts for violations of platform policies and USAFA rules, report these violations, and develop Courses of Action for USAFA entities regarding social media's cultural influence.
