The USAFA 10th Contracting Squadron is requesting information from potential providers of Glass Cleaning Services. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed is 561720, Janitorial Services, with a small business size standard of $22 Million USD. This sources sought is issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with FAR Part 10. The U.S. Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, Colorado requires Glass Cleaning Services in support of facility maintenance. The attached Performance Work Statement dated 25 March 2024 provides specific description of the requirement. The result of this market research has a Blanket Purchase Order Agreement where individual calls will be placed identifying facilities to be cleaned, frequency, and period of performance. This announcement is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or to award a contract. At this time, USAFA is not seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals.
