The NAICS is 561210 and the size standard for this acquisition is $47M. This acquisition is a small business 8(a) set aside. Interested parties must respond to the solicitation to be considered for award. 5. Foreign contractors will be limited on their ability to perform all functions due to export-controlled documents/items and distribution limitation to foreign nationals for all documentation required to perform responsibilities. 6.
