Amendment 2 of the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation was posted 13 Sep 2023. The Government requests revised quotes to meet the revised Salient Characteristics and changes to the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. Please see Attachment 2 – Salient Characteristics EMCCD Camera – Revised 13 Sep 2023 and the Combined Synopsis Solicitation FA700023Q0076 - Amendment 1. All revisions are in blue font. Revised quotes received will supersede existing quotes. FAR 52.212-1(e) allows for multiple offers. Specify if the quote is a revised quote or additional quote. Quotes from vendors that did not provide a quote on the original RFQ will be accepted. A Q&A was posted on 1 Sep 2023, please see attached. Combined synopsis/solicitation amdended on 8/31/2023 to reflect accurate delivery date of: On or before 10 Apr 2024. See Attached Combo/Solicitation for specific instructions. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 10th Contracting Squadron at the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) intends to award on firm fixed price contract for Electron Multiplying Charged-Coupled Device (EMCCD) Camera in accordance with (IAW) the Salient Characteristics EMCCD Camera in Attachment 2. ***Notice to Vendor(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this RFQ until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFQ, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this RFQ, the Government has no obligation to reimburse a vendor for any costs. ***
