This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a brand name requirement. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible Small Business concerns may submit a quote, which if received timely, may be considered by the 10th Contracting Squadron, USAF Academy (USAFA). The 10th Contracting Squadron intents to award one firm fixed price contract to an authorized reseller of the NIDEK RT-6100. The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitation is for the purchase and delivery of a total of seven brand name NIDEK RT-6100 Digital Refractors and related products in accordance with the CLIN schedule.
