Performance shall be according to the requirements contained in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall, except as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) as Government-furnished property or services, provide all personnel, supervision, and any items and services necessary to perform full food services at the High Country Inn (HCI) dining facility as defined in the PWS. All tasks and functions fall broadly into the following categories: Food Service Contractors.
