Original posting: This is a Request for Quotations for the manufacturing of US Air Force Officer and Mess Dress Uniforms in accordance with (IAW) US Air Force purchase descriptions/specifications and US Air Force Academy Letters of Exception. Please pay particular attention and ensure compliance with the instructions to offerors and evaluation criteria in Attachment 19.
