Amendment 1 19 Aug 2022 The following Questions and Answers are provided: 1. Can you please clarify pricing sheet? So, for the first 8 months, They are only working 2 months? The Period of Performance (PoP) in the base year crosses over Football Seasons. Therefore, only two months are required in the first PoP. 2. How many hrs per month are they expected to work?. 24 hrs/week 96 hrs/month 3. What would the scheduled hrs of the coach? 1400-1800 Mon-Fri Sat 4 hrs/competition 4. Are there any certifications required? No certs required 5. What all needs to be included in the proposal? Price quote and a capabilities statement speaking to the included Performance Work Statement. 6. Is this a brand-new contract or is there an incumbent performing theses services? Provide the previous contract number. The United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) requires Men's Football coaching services at the USAFA Preparatory School. Required services consist of demonstrating practice drills, leading skill-development workouts, assisting with stretching and fundamental work, assisting with teaching team offensive and defensive concepts, assisting with teaching game situations, teaching strength training movements, assisting with pre-game activities, and in-game coaching. b. Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price c.
