USAFA has a requirement for the removal and environmentally dispose of non-hazardous waste products, biosolids, from the wastewater treatment plant, grease traps, cesspools, septic tanks, oil water separators and sand traps at both USAFA and the Farish Recreation area in Woodland Park, CO in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS dated 21 December 2021) (attachment #1). The awarded firm fixed-price with economic adjustment contract will consist of a base year with four option years.
