Modification to existing contract # FA700022P0027, firm-fixed price. The 10th Air Base Wing Community Chapel (10ABW/HC) requires Catholic Priest services on an as-needed basis to support the Active Duty Catholic Priest Chaplain. This includes providing for and fulfilling all Catholic Priest roles and acting for the Active Duty Catholic Chaplain while the Active Duty Catholic Chaplain is unavailable for mission requirements, temporary duty (TDY), leave, or deployment. Contractor shall be responsible to provide for all duties for a congregation of approximately 500 individuals in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Currently, the Active Duty Catholic Priest is unable to provide services. Therefore, a modification to the current contract is required so all services are provided. This is an increase of the original contract quantities.
