Colorado Military Health System (CMHS) Clinical Support Services (CSS) Request For Proposal This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide clinical support services for the Colorado Military Health System Medical Treatment Facilities to include the 10th Medical Group at USAFA, 21st Medical Group at Peterson AFB, and Evans Army Community Hospital at Fort Carson. Draft RFP FA7000-20-R-0005/RFP FA7000-21-R-0003 is for personal services of 105.5 FTEs to include nine physician positions, 63.5 ancillary positions, and 33 nursing positions. Performance shall be according to the requirements contained in the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1) and in accordance with the precepts within the professional standards of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare and Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. This acquisition is solicited as an RFP in accordance with FAR part 15 (Contracting by Negotiation) and FAR part 12 (Commercial Items). A single-award, Firm-Fixed price, Performance-Based Services Acquisition Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is anticipated from this solicitation. Period of Performance will be a five-year base period plus a six (6) month extension of services. This acquisition is solicited as a 100% Small Business Administration Certified 8(a) Set-Aside IAW FAR 19.8. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 622110, General Medical and Surgical Hospitals, with a small business size standard of $41.5 Million. The PSC is Q-201: Medical – General Health Care.
