Please see the following: Amendment 1 attached Samples Schedules attached Wage Determination attached Questions and Answers are as follows: Does the Offeror need to meet any State or Federal Security Licensing Requirements in order to support the Air Force, NAFI, or DoD in this effort? No, however, all personnel should have an annual background check accomplished. Can the government provide a historical game/event schedule to include locations for each event to determine any anticipated overlap of staffing? Contractor is part of a Monthly Events Calendar e-mail. We normally send out schedules twice a month. Will PPE be required (i.e., masks, gloves, etc.)? If so, who will be responsible for providing? Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is not required unless the individual has not been Covid vaccinated. If PPE is required, the contractor is responsible for providing all necessary PPE. Will contractor staff be required to provide proof of COVID vaccination? Yes. Will contractor staff be required to provide proof of recent negative COVID results prior to events? No. What are the procedures and mechanisms for communications? Pre-Game briefing is 90-Minutes prior to Event Start. All other communication is direct communication. Who will be responsible for providing necessary equipment? NAFI provides hand-wanding equipment. Will post-event support be required? Can the government provide information on the number and location of gymnasiums, stadiums, and other venues covered under this effort? All locations are the US Air Force Academy. NFC 222-41 Service Contract Labor Standards (AUG 2018) is included in the solicitation. Should SCA WD # 2015-5417 Rev # 15 dated Dec 21, 2020 also be included in the contract? Yes, the Wage Determination #2015-5417 dated 20 December 2020 applies and is included in the attached amendment to the solicitation. For CLIN X009 and X010, the unit of measure is “Each”. The events have various time requirements. Is the unit of measure each event or each additional hour? The unit of measure is each event. Will this be an LPTA evaluation? If so, what is the required technical criteria to be considered acceptable? The evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The required technical criteria is included in the attached Performance Work Statement. This is a solicitation for USAFA NAF Security Screening.
