The US Air Force Academy (USAFA requires the Smart Inspect application that allows the user to accurately conduct, store, and report Quality Control and Quality Assurance inspections on any service contract. The application must be able to be accessible across a wide range of platforms available to the inspectors and CE staff. The information must be able to be compiled in a secure manner on a CE computer and be sent to appropriate customers on USAFA without violating security protocols. At a minimum, the equipment must: • Be able to be used on a smart device such as an iPhone • Be able to be loaded with location, infrastructure, cleaning service, and types of deficiency data • Be able to provide reports from data collected • Be able to communicate with the contractor via a work order system • Be able to show an exact comparison to reports given from contractor The application must be able to be accessible across a wide range of platforms available to the inspectors and CE staff.
