The purpose of this notice is to identify companies capable and qualified to provide a secure and versatile Enterprise Event Hosting (EEH) web-based software with a suite of management tools including attendee management, web survey, email marketing, site selection, event planning, strategic sourcing, attendee management, and reporting functionality with an integrated mobile application (application software designed to run on a mobile device) for an average number of 10 events and up to 9,000 registrants per year. All information imported into the Contractors database such as technical materials, documents, drawings, briefings, data schema, data tables, associated database lay-out/design and the actual data used to populate the environment or produced by the Contractor in support of this PWS shall be the exclusive property of the Government. The Contactor must be FEDRAMP Level IV certified. Please identify if you are capable of providing a secure and versatile EEH which is web-based. If you are capable, please provide a detailed narrative of how this could be accomplished. This narrative should address the criteria as described in the Draft Requirement Statement.
