The USAF Academy 10th Contracting Squadron is requesting information from potential providers of Portable Chemical Toilets Services and Rentals. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562991, Septic Tank and Related Services, and the small business size standard is $8.0 million. This sources sought is issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with FAR Part 10. USAFA is seeking interest from all vendors capable and interested in performing a long-term Portable Chemical Toilets Services and Rentals contract at the United States Air Force Academy, Colorado. This contract will provide all management, tools supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure portable toilet services are performed at USAFA and at Farish Recreation Area (approximately 35 to 46 miles northwest of the Academy) that will maintain a sanitary condition, while presenting a clean and neat appearance. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. This announcement is not be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or to award a contract. At this time, USAFA is not seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. The following is a synopsis of the requirement contained in the PWS: The scope of service under this potential acquisition includes portable chemical toilet rental units to be delivered, placed, secured, serviced, and removed, as specified by the Government. Other requirements include pumping, cleaning, and recharging services to all government owned portable toilet units once weekly during the months of November through April and twice per week during the months of May through October. An estimated quantity of rentals is as follows: Quantity of units: 1-75, and Duration of rental: 1-90 days. Interested and qualified sources are requested to submit the following information to this office by electronic mail by: 22 November 2019 at 4:00 PM Mountain Time. (1) Company name, address, point of contact, telephone number, e-mail address, CAGE/DUNS. (2) Representation/Certification of small business socio economic status (if applicable). (3) Examples of prior services provided of a similar nature. (4) Locations of the toilets and hand washing stations will be provided on a map with GPS coordinates.
