Contractor will have 10 calendar days after receiving Notice of Award to provide performance and payment bonds to the Contracting Officer. - Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Construction. - Magnitude of Construction: Between $1,000,000.00-$5,000,000.00. - NAICS Code: 334310 - Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing - Specifications and Drawings: Reference Section C of this Solicitation. - Notice to Proceed: Contingent upon receipt of acceptable bonds. It is anticipated a Notice to Proceed will be issued within 10 calendar days of contract award. - Competition: This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for Small Businesses IAW FAR 19.1305 - Proposals must be valid through 31 March 2021, Block 13d is not applicable. Proposals not valid through 31 March 2021 will not be evaluated. - A site visit is planned for 28 Aug 2020 at 9:00 AM MDT (See FAR 52.236-27, Section L) Individuals planning to attend the site visit must notify the Contracting Office/Contract Specialist and supply their name, date of birth, driver's license number and the state the driver's license was issued, no later than COB on 20 Aug 2020.
