This is a draft Request for Proposal (RFP) following the synopsis posted on 6 December 2019 and initial draft RFP posted in February for the acquisition of clinical support services on an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Personal services task orders will be placed supporting the Colorado Military Health System CMHS) which includes 21st Medical Group (MDG) (Peterson AFB), 10th MDG (USAF Academy), and Evans Army Community Hospital (EACH) (Fort Carson, CO), servicing a patient population of 216,000 in the Colorado Springs region, consisting of cadets, active duty, retirees and their families, and other TRICARE beneficiaries. This effort encompasses multiple labor categories, including both professsional and non-professional services, to provide surgical, outpatient, and ancillary services. The dates listed in the draft Instructions to Offerors for Period of Performance are subject to change. The submission of this information is for informational and planning purposes and is not a request for competitive proposals at this time. Please do not submit a proposal in response to this draft RFP. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow up information requests.
