The US Air Force Academy has a requirement to purchase a Cube Satellite Deployment Mechanism. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) under solicitation number FA700020Q0064 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12 and FAR part 13. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2020-07, effective 2 July 2020. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 336419, the Product Service Code (PSC) is 1675. This acquisition will be solicited to all small businesses that can meet the salient characteristics for the requirement.
