This announcement serves as a Sources Sought Notice (FA700019QCHiPS) issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 for an upcoming acquisition at the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA). This sources sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or a commitment or obligation on the part of the Government to issue a solicitation. DO NOT submit a quote or proposal in response to this notice. Any information provided by industry to the Government as a result of this notice is voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this notice. The purpose of this notice is to identify companies capable and qualified to provide the adapted version of Botvin Life Skills Training, known as Cadet Healthy Personal Skills (CHiPS) Training at USAFA. All businesses capable of providing the training are invited to respond. Interested small business vendors must reference their designation below, if applicable. For the purpose of this acquisition, the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 611699 and the size standard in number of employees is $11M. The contract type will be a firm-fixed price type contract. Place of Performance is USAF Academy, CO 80840. The required non-personal services include recruiting, training, and supervising a minimum of fifty (50) qualified facilitators who will deliver CHiPS training to all incoming cadets (approximately 1,200) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (attached). All potential quoters are reminded, in accordance with FAR 4.1102(a) System for Award Management, quoters are required to be registered in SAM at the time a quote is submitted. Response Instructions: Responses are due no later than 25 January 2019, 4:30 p.m. Mountain Time. Do you have any recent (within 5 years) experience providing Botvin Life Skills Training? Provide a short summary. Do you have any recent (within 5 years) experience staffing a short-term contract in an educational setting with at least 30 qualified trainers? Provide a short summary. g.
