AMENDMENT 1: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation period and update the NAICS code, 1. The solicitation period is hereby extended from 23 Aug 21 at 4:00 PM MDT to 30 Aug 21 at 4:00 PM MDT. 2. The NAICS for this requirement is hereby changed from 238210 to 334310 Please reference updated information contained within the solicitation as well as acknowledge this amendment when submitting your quote. ORIGINAL POSTING: The contractor shall provide the necessary audio/visual equipment upgrades (including installation, drawings, programming and training) in accordance with the Technical Requirements - Specifications document. The required upgrades includes (but not limited to) various "brand name or equal" items including installation/integration work to make a functioning and complete audio/video system upgrades at the USAFA Community Chapel. Contractors shall provide a description of system functionality and connectivity; four basic recallable scenes in the digital console based on end-user input and normal chapel use; full system drawings, one-lines, programming code and O&M notebook with all equipment user manuals; total of 6-hours of training sessions for chapel personnel, to be scheduled in minimum one-hour blocks; and one-year warranty on all parts, equipment, and workmanship.
