This requirement is for continuing services including all aspects of emergency communication from the onset of a 911 call, the interrogation of the caller using a computer aided dispatch software, dispatching appropriate resources, providing information to responding crews, and supporting the incident commander as needed. The service must be available on a continuous basis 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The expected base period of performance is 1 January 2021 - 31 December 2021 plus one option period from 1 January 2022 - 31 December 2022.
