Purpose: The purpose of this effort is to provide system/equipment sustainment for the weather sensing equipment at existing Missile Alert Facility (MAF) sites, which provide wind, temperature, relative humidity, pressure, rainfall, visibility, lightning, and cloud height data for Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC) missions. AN/FMQ-22 data delivery is to a local display and directly to the Air Force Joint Environmental Toolkit (JET) for transmission worldwide. There are currently a total of 47 AN/FMQ-22 platforms located near Malmstrom AFB, Montana, F E Warren AFB, Wyoming, and Minot AFB, North Dakota, as well as 1 TMQ-53 at Malmstrom Weather flight and 1 TMQ-53 at F.E. Warren Weather flight. Scope: The scope of this effort includes sustaining current and future weather sensor suites at 45 AFGSC MAF sites, 1 FMQ-22 sensor suite at the F.E. Warren weather flight, 1 FMQ-22 sensor suite at the Malmstrom weather flight, 1 TMQ-53 tactical sensor suite at Malmstrom, and 1 TMQ-53 sensor suite at F.E. Warren weather flight, through equipment replacement/upgrades, maintaining the suite of equipment at the sites, to include Periodic Maintenance Inspections (PMI), annual calibration of the sensors and other site upkeep, TCTO’s, and responding to equipment outages to provide repair actions. It also includes performing system enhancements as necessary (integration, implementation) to ensure the various sensors, and installed hardware and software are supportable, compatible, and satisfactory to provide high quality sensor readings, and full and timely transfer of data for the life of the system. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs
