This is a combined synopsis/solicitation set aside for 100% small businesses to provide services supporting over 28,000 users and 500 distinct permission groups for nuclear enterprise entities. The period of performance includes a base year from 05 March 2026 to 04 March 2027, with four one-year option periods extending through 04 March 2031.
