All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for establishing multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; price lists are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Written quotes are required (oral offers will not be accepted). Submission of quotes must be in accordance with FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to offerors, commercial items and the addendum. The solicitation will be evaluated and awarded per the prescribed procedures of FAR Part 13 as a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). 2. This solicitation is being issued as a: Request for Quotation (RFQ). 3. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses in effect are IAW Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05, Defense Acquisition Circular Number 20240530 and Department of the Air Force Acquisition Circular 2024-0612. 4. This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. 5. North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334519. 6. The size standard of 600 employees. All qualified small businesses under this industry are encouraged to submit quotes.
