This requirement is for C-17 aircraft seat cushions and covers with embroidery, totaling 41 sets of seat bottom and seat back cushions. Additional details are in the attached documents. The specification requires Mordura Woven Fabric for all non-wool coverings, including bolster/side panels for trim panels. Amendments added foam requirements: all core foam materials used in the line items must be manufactured in the United States, and OEM supplier certificates of conformance for all crew seat cushion foams must be provided to Contracting when responding. A further amendment completely changed Section 4, Salient Characteristics Technical Specifications.
