THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. The 911 Contracting Flight is conducting market research to determine the interest and capablilty of dining establishments interested in establishing a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) to Air Force Reserve members on an as-needed basis. This is not a catering effort or any other similar arrangement where meals are brought to the base. Interested dining establishments may be full-service sit down operations or a limited service establishment where meals are carried out. Meal costs incurred will be paid back to the dining establishment on a monthly basis by credit card. Interested dining establishments must have an active registration in sam.gov and be within three driving miles of the 911th Airlift Wing, 2375 Defense Ave, Coraopolis, PA 15108. Any BPA awarded will be made directly with the dining establishment. Third-party vendors will not be considered. The government shall not reimburse the costs of preparing responses to this sources sought notice/request for information. In order to be considered in this market survey, please reply by 3:00 p.m. (EST) on Friday 10 February 2023. This announcement shall not be construed as a commitment by the government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a BPA. In the event a solicitation is developed, it will be assigned a RFQ number and the announcement will be published on SAM.gov. Potentially interested parties are responsible for monitoring the SAM.gov site for the release of the solicitation package as well as downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments, as applicable.
