SUSTAINMENT REPAIR: Remove and replace existing metal roofing system and ventilation units. Verify insulation integrity and replace/upgrade as required to address damaged insulation and current building codes/UFCs. Dispose of construction debris at approved off base disposal site. Sustainable principles, to include life cycle cost-effectiveness practices, will be integrated into the design, development, and construction of the project in accordance with UFC 1-200-02.
