Amendment 0001 - Change to CLIN structure and addition of Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) clause; See amendment for further details. The 911th Airlift Wing at the Pittsburgh Air Reserve Command has a requirement for commercial services to provide deicing, anti-icing and defrosting for the C-17 Aircraft at the Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT); IAW the Statement of Work found in the attached solicitation (Attachment 01 - SOW - Deicing 19 Aug 2021). Please see solicitation for details. Competition is limited to those firms currently performing deicing services on the Pittsburgh International Airport premises. Other interested firms must obtain Allegheny Airport Authority (AAA) approval prior to providing deicing services at PIT. Any firm submitting a quote must provide documentation with their quote submission, showing proof/approval from the AAA to perform deicing services at PIT. Quotes without an approval will be deemed non-responsive and not considered for award. This will be a single award IDIQ contract with a period of performance of 10/11/2021 - 10/10/2026. This is a new requirement. There is no existing contract or incumbent contractor.
