THIS NOTICE REPRESENTS AN INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Pittsburgh 911th Airlift Wing located in Coraopolis, PA intends to sole source to Action Target as the manufacturer of the currently owned system. In order to maintain the system warranty and system integrity, Action Target is the only available source of supply for this service. This single source procurement will be in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government of the acceptability of alternative sources of supply based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice.
