The 94th Contracting Flight, Dobbins Air Reserve Base (ARB), Marietta, Georgia, is conducting market research to identify potential firms that have the skills, experience, knowledge and capabilities required to provide physicians to perform Annual Health and Occupational Physicals, and Medical Surveillances for a variety of duty specific career fields for employees and personnel assigned at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, GA. Annual health physicals include all duty specific with specialties identified for Firefighters, Air Traffic Controllers, and Security Forces personnel at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, GA. For the purpose of this contract Dobbins members include DOD Civilian employees, Active Guard Reserve, and Traditional reservist. The facilities shall be located within 20-miles of zip code 30069 and meet Government standards of health and safety guidelines . The Contractor shall provide all services in accordance with the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) (see attachment 2). Possible firm fixed price contract with base year + (2) option years. Interested Offerors are required to fill out and return the Industry Feedback Form provided (see attachment 4).
