The objective of the work described in this statement is to provide herbicide treatment to invasive plant species located within specified areas of forested land on Dobbins ARB, including hand-cutting/treating trunks above 6 feet in height. Portions of the specified areas to be treated may be located in or near wetlands and/or on stream banks. Dobbins natural resources include about 480 acres of unimproved grounds (mostly forested), Big Lake (10 acres), Little Lake (2 acres), 23 acres of wetlands, and about 7 miles of streams and creeks as detailed in the Dobbins ARB INRMP. All herbicides used shall be limited to those approved for use on Air Force property as listed in the Dobbins ARB Integrated Pesticides Management Plan (IPMP).
