The purpose of this modification is to extend the quote due date to 12:00 pm EDT on 20 September 2024. Medical laboratory services are required to support the Contingency Aeromedical Staging Facility (CASF) at Dobbins Air Reserve Base in Marietta, Georgia. Mission goals require administrative preparation of patients for flight, making sure patients are clinically supported while in the CASF awaiting transportation, and assistance with transportation to and from mode of transport. Successful offeror will accomplish Reserve Component Periodic Health Assessment (RCPHA) by ensuring the wing’s medical requirement for deployment is met.
