The contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, supervision, equipment, materials, and tools necessary to provide certified officials to officiate intramural basketball, Kickball, Flag Football games. Each game will be in accordance with the rules as set forth by the National Federation of Basketball Officials, National Federation of Basketball Officials Rulebook, World Kickball Association (WKA), World Kickball Federation official’s handbook, AAFFL rules, official’s handbook, the Performance Work Statement and the base by-laws at Dobbins ARB, GA.
