This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Timber Management TCC commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Offers are being requested and a written solicitation (paper copy) will not be issued. Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to this solicitation. Solicitation FA6703-23-Q-0014 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Electronic Code of Federal Regulation (eCFR), 17 Aug 2023 and Air Force Federal Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2023-0707. It is the Offeror’s responsibility to be familiar with applicable provisions and clauses. This procurement is being issued as total small business set-aside under 561730- Landscaping Services and small business size standard of $9.5M average annual receipts. Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Marietta, GA, has a requirement for Timber Management Services. The contractor, on a firm fixed-price basis, shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform at Dobbins Air Reserve Base (ARB). All work shall be completed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), dated 25 August 2023 (Attachment 2). The period of performance is 45 calendar days from Written Notice of Award. Please review this solicitation in its entirety including solicitation attachments provided herein and submit an offer for the services as outlined in the PWS (Attachment 2). Offerors shall submit their firm fixed-price quote using the attached Pricing / Bid Schedule (Attachment 3).
