The contractor is responsible for the provision of non-personal services, which includes the necessary labor, parts, materials, equipments, and transportation for delivering bulk propane to Dobbins ARB Fire Department training area and buildings 415, 558, and 559. They must supply two (2) 1,000 gallon propane tanks and one (1) 500 gallon propane tank, to be situated at buildings 415, 558, and 559 respectively. The government retains ownership of one (1) 12,000 gallon tank and two (2) 1,000 gallon tanks situated at the Dead Runway. All deliveries of bulk propane by the contractor must adhere to local, state, and federal laws. The contract's purpose is to guarantee a sufficient supply of propane for Fire and Emergency Services to conduct live-fire training, as well as to heat the specified buildings.
