Non-Personal Services: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, facilities, transportation, supervision, other items and services necessary to perform both laundry and dry cleaning services for Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Georgia. The contractor shall perform all work in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 23 June 2022. Replacement prices will be in accordance with Exhibit 3, found in the Performance Work Statement. Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) The anticipated period of performance (PoP) shall consist of a base year plus four (4) one year option years. Nonappropriated Fund (NAF): This is a nonappropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Nonappropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars.
