CLINS 0069, 0070, 1069, 1070, 2069, 2070, 3069, 3070, 4069, and 4070 are deleted. CLINS 0024, CLIN 2024, and CLIN 4024 are reduced to a quantity of 2448. The Statement of Work(Attachment_2) has been modified to reflect those changes. See Revised Solicitation for Bid Submission. All other terms and conditions remain the same. Size Standard is $39.5M All Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive award. Offerors can register via the internet at www.sam.gov Section K and L will be physically removed from the resultant award but will be deemed incorporated by reference in that award. This is an Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery contract for rubber removal and maintain markings on Dobbins ARB, GA. Effective for a 12 month base period from date of award plus four (4) twelve month Government option periods. Delivery or performance time for specific projects will be specified in each individual task order Notice to Offeror: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made until funds are available to make payments under a contract. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after bid opening/RFP closing, with no obligation to the offeror by the Government.
