Dobbins Air Reserve Base has a requirement for Installation of Fiber and Manhole/Duct System to Bldg 401 Communications Shelter at the North Complex located at Dobbins ARB, GA. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. Set-aside is in accordance with FAR 19.502-2. The project scope for a contractor to Engineer, furnish, install, label and test (EFI&T) ~23,000 feet of Single Mode (SM) Fiber communication cables from Bldg 401B Comm Shelter to 9 different buildings on the North Side Complex and B827 on Dobbins ARB, GA. In addition, a new manhole (MH) shall be installed in front of the Bldg 401B Comm Shelter labeled 401B-MH1, existing 36 dark Strands of SM Fiber shall be pulled from designated handhole (HH) labeled 401B-HH1 into the newly installed MH labeled 401B-MH1 and to Bldg 401B Comm Shelter.
