Solicitation FA6703-21-Q-0016 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Electronic Code of Federal Regulation (eCFR), 14 July 2020 and Air Force Federal Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2019-1001 It is the Offeror’s responsibility to be familiar with applicable provisions and clauses. This procurement is being issued as total small business set-aside under NAICS code 332311 - Prefabricated Metal Building and Component Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 750 employees. The Aircraft Structural Maintenance section at Dobbins Air Reserve Base (ARB) in Marietta, GA, requires the teardown and removal of a legacy paint booth and mixing room, and the purchase and installation of a new paint booth and mixing room in the same location. Under this requirement, the contactor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to teardown, remove and dispose of the existing paint booth/mixing room and furnish, deliver, and install, in the same location, a new cross draft paint booth/mixing room that meets or exceeds the specifications of the Statement of Work (SOW) (Attachment 1).
