This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to this solicitation. Solicitation number FA670321Q0008 is hereby issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This procurement is being issued as total small business set-aside under NAICS code 562111 – Solid Waste Collection and small business size standard of $41.5M average annual receipts. Only quotes submitted by small business concerns will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a small business concern will not be considered for award. Dobbins Air Reserve Base (ARB), Marietta, GA, has a requirement for Integrated Solid Waste Management. The contractor, on a firm fixed-price basis, shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM) services (Refuse Collection and Recycling Services) at Dobbins ARB. The anticipated period of performance (PoP) shall consist of a base year plus four (4) option years plus a six (6) month option to extend services.
