New generator work shall include accommodating 24 hour generator diesel/JP-8fuel double walled tank capacity, four pole by-pass capable ATS installation, equipment grounding, concrete pad, and new site preparations. All newly installed generators must meet the latest U.S. Environmental Protection Agency air quality/emission requirements tier rating for stand-by diesel generators.
