This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Offers are being requested and a written solicitation (paper copy) will not be issued. Further, Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to this solicitation. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items to provide 8 hours/5 days a week audio visual equipment maintenance and technical support on five existing Audio Visual (AV) systems on Dobbins ARB as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Locations of systems are Building 838 Room 2107 (Wing Conference Room), Building 838 Room 1214 (Command Post), Building 838 Room 1202 (Heritage Hall), Hanger 5 (Bay), and Building 819 Deployment Control Center. Period of Performance: Base Year (12 Months) plus four (4) Option Periods.
