This is a Sources Sought for potential offerors to support the US Air Force Reserve located on Dobbins Air Reserve Base (ARB), GA. This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB) and DOES NOT serve to bind the U.S. Government in any way. Interested parties shall not be reimbursed for any costs associated with preparation of their responses. 94th Contracting Flight, Dobbins ARB is conducting market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 to identify potential firms who are Small Business and have the skills, experience, knowledge, capabilities and single project bonding capacity to complete a building and parking lot renovation on Dobbins ARB, GA. This work shall serve for the renovation of Building 729 and construction of the associated swing space (trailers), removal of existing furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) from Building 729 and relocation and installation of FF&E from building 729 to the swing space (trailers). Work includes removal of swing space and FF&E from swing space. Contractor responsible for final utility connections to new FF&E wiring systems furniture and demountable partitions with electric and communications in building 729. This project will also repair the parking lot and courtyard associated with Building 729. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 236220, Small Business Standard Size $36.5M and the magnitude of construction will be between $15,000,000 and $20,000,000. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make the appropriate acquisition decision.
