This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote or invitation for bid. Dobbins Air Reserve Base has a requirement to MAINTAIN AIRFIELD STORMWATER SYSTEM PHASE II AND REPAIR STORMWATER SYSTEM PHSE II at Dobbins ARB, GA. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. Set-aside is in accordance with FAR 19.502-2. Work consist of but is not limited to providing all materials, equipment, labor, supervision, and incidentals necessary to MAINTAIN AIRFIELD STORMWATER SYSTEM PHASE II AND REPAIR STORMWATER SYSTEM PHSE II in accordance with the project's specifications and drawings. The specifications and drawings will be posted as attachments to the solicitation. Department of the Air Force, Air Force Reserve Command, 94th Contracting Flight, will solicit a contract to MAINTAIN AIRFIELD STORMWATER SYSTEM PHASE II AND REPAIR STORMWATER SYSTEM PHSE II, at Dobbins ARB, GA. This project encompasses the work necessary to maintain the stormwater drainage systems east of Taxiway 'J' on Dobbins ARB. Areas where the slopes have failed or where they have been disturbed from previous repair will be regraded and have sod applied to obtain stabilization and positive drainage. Work shall include all maintenance items identified in basin III, IV, and V on the airfield. NAICS 237110 Small Business Size $36.5M Magnitude is Between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000 Solicitation will be - Invitation for Bid (IFB) Contract will be Firm-Fixed-Price Period of Performance: 480 Calendar Days NOTE: All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) program in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity. Contractors may access the Internet site at: https://www.sam.gov to register and/or obtain information about the SAM program. No Foreign participation is allowed. NOTE: IAW FAR 52.236-1, Performance of Work by the Contractor, the contractor shall be required to perform on the site, and with its own organization, work equivalent to at least 15 percent of the total amount of work to be performed under the contract.
