This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote or invitation for bid. Dobbins Air Reserve Base has a requirement to Renovate Consolidate HQ, Facility 729 and Repair Parking Lot and Drainage Bldg 729 at Dobbins ARB, GA. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. Set-aside is in accordance with FAR 19.502-2. Work consists of but is not limited to providing all materials, equipment, labor, supervision, and incidentals necessary to Renovate Consolidate HQ, Facility 729 and Repair Parking Lot and Drainage Bldg 729 in accordance with the project's specifications and drawings. The specifications and drawings will be posted as attachments to the solicitation. Department of the Air Force, Air Force Reserve Command, 94th Contracting Flight, will solicit a contract to Renovate Consolidate HQ, Facility 729 and Repair Parking Lot and Drainage Bldg 729, at Dobbins ARB, GA. This project is a repair project for parking lot and courtyard associated with Bldg 729 and renovate Consolidate HQ, Facility 729. Renovate HQ 729: The building layout includes administration, breakrooms, media centers, conference rooms, offices and utilities to support the functions of the 94th AW and 22nd AF. The building will include interior storage. All exterior and interior utilities are included. Relocation of personnel from Building 729 to temporary swing space will be required while the building undergoes renovation. Repair Parking Lot and Drainage: This project is a repair project for the parking lot and courtyard associated with Building 729. The existing parking lot, interior courtyard of building 729, and both access points front and back of the building shall be replaced with new asphalt and concrete. NAICS 236220 Small Business Size $36.5M Magnitude is Between $15,000,000 and $20,000,000 Solicitation will be - Invitation for Bid (IFB) Contract will be Firm-Fixed-Price Period of Performance: 590 Calendar Days NOTE: All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) program in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity. NOTE: IAW FAR 52.236-1, Performance of Work by the Contractor, the contractor shall be required to perform on the site, and with its own organization, work equivalent to at least 15 percent of the total amount of work to be performed under the contract.
