This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA6703-21-Q-0007 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside IAW FAR 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside. Only quotes submitted by small business concerns will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a small business concern will not be considered for award. The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 339999 – All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Delivery Period: 60 days ARO Place of Delivery: 1430 First St. Bldg. 838, Dobbins ARB, GA 30069-4900; Shipping must be included in price. Notice to Offeror(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an Offeror for any costs.
