Description: Solicitation is for the phased repair and alteration of the airfield apron and other infrastructure improvements. These repairs, alterations and infrastructure improvements will be completed in compliance with the A&E produced design specifications and drawings. Construction requirements also include, but are not limited to the following: - temporary perimeter and construction fencing and gates - line paint and other pavement markings - pavement full depth restoration to include subgrade rework - removal of sun shade structures to include all appurtenances - storm water improvements to include trench drains - underground concrete encased ductbanks - directional borings for underground utilities - temporary and permanent aircraft tie-down points - environmental storm water protection devices Contracting Office Address: 1651 Lyons Drive NAS Fort Worth JRB TX 76127-1061 Place of Contract Performance: NAS Fort Worth JRB Fort Worth, Texas 76127 United States Set-aside Status: In accordance with FAR 6.203, this acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside Contract Type: Single Award, Firm Fixed Price In accordance with FAR Provision 36.204 and DFARS 236.204, the magnitude of construction for this requirement is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
