Renovations include floor plan changes, additional fixtures, rearrangement of restrooms, separate male/female locker rooms, providing a fire sprinkler system in the original half of building 1648, adding FA/MNS to the original building, modifications to ductwork to support the new floor plan, and refinishing spaces where existing finishes are degraded but not being remodeled. Repairs include refinishing spaces with degraded finishes, refinished exterior doors/windows, refinishing damaged gutters, downspouts, and fascia.
