The 914th Niagara Fall Air Refueling Wing (ARW) hereby gives notice of their intent to award multiple Firm Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreements for UTA and special event overflow lodging to lodging establishments within a 25 mile radius of Niagara Falls, NY. The lodging establishments must have single and double room vacancies during the UTA weekends, pass a site inspection by the Government and take Governmentwide Purchase Card as a form of payment. The period of performance of this agreement is five years. The procurement will be 100% Small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 721110 - Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels, the size standard is $35,000,000.00 and the service code is V231- Transportation/Travel/Relocation- Travel/Lodging/Recruitment: Lodging, Hotel/Motel. The requirement is being solicited orally IAW FAR Part 13. Written quotations will be accepted during the solicitation period which will take place until 25 February 2022, and awards will be made after 1 March 2022.
